In business lounge passengers are offered:

• supreme comfort departure lounge;
• a computer with Internet access, e-mail, city telephone, fax, photocopy;
• international and long distance telephone line;
• periodicals, advertising production, magazines, TV;
• self-service bar with a wide range of spirits and soft drinks, coffee, tea, snacks;
• smoking areas;
• communication languages – English, Russian.

Pulkovo 2 terminal

Depending on the terminal workload, VIP passengers handling can be exercised on special desks by specially provided staff.
Airport staff guarantees provision of the range of services for passengers and retinues in business lounges «St. Petersburg» and «Pulkovo lounge»:

• telephone and facsimile;
• newspapers and magazines in Russian and foreign languages;
• wide range of spirits and soft drink;
• tea, coffee, snacks.

Business lounges also handle the holders of PriorityPass, CitiGold, DinersClub International.

Pulkovo 2 terminal offers 2 types of paid service:

• «Fast Track» with business lounge provided
• «Fast Track»

«Fast Track» with business lounge includes:

for departure:

• meeting the passenger in the departures hall, baggage delivery;
• accompanying through special and Customs control;
• assistance in tickets and baggage check-in;
• accompanying through the passport control;
• accompanying to the business lounge;
• accompanying for embarkation.

for arrival:

• meeting the passenger;
• accompanying through the passport control;
• accompanying through the Customs control;
• baggage delivery up to the exit from the arrivals hall.

«Fast Track» includes all the services listed above, except business-lounge and accompanying the passenger from to the airplane ladder.

Please note that both types of assistance do not exclude personal passport and Customs control.
