Pulkovo 2 terminal

International flights are attended in the Pulkovo 2 terminal. The beginning and the end of check-in for international flights are set by airlines. Check-in usually starts 2 hours and finishes 45 minutes before the ETD. Passengers who arrived late will not be transferred. Before check-in, all the passengers need to go through the Customs control. If you have nothing to declare, you do not need to fill in the declaration form, thus you can choose the «Green Channel». If you have goods to declare, it is a must for you to fill in the declaration form and choose the «Red Channel». The passengers need to show the tickets to enter the passport control.

After you have checked in the ticket and your baggage, you get the boarding pass, the ticket, the baggage tag and hand baggage.

Then you need to go to the Customs control zone.
