Passengers who travel by Russian airlines need to go through security control before and after check-in. After that they go to «sterile zone» where they wait to get on board the aircraft. Passengers, going abroad, need to go through security and customs control. Passport control follows after check-in.

Pulkovo 2 terminal

Passengers of international routes go through customs control, passport control and preflight security control, and then they get to departure gate zone.
