Pulkovo 1 terminal

Boarding for the flight begins 40 minutes before departure (according to the schedule) or according to the carrier’s instructions. On hearing the announcement of your flight you should come up to the corresponding gate and show the person on duty the boarding pass, then get on the bus which would bring you to the aircraft.

Pulkovo 2 terminal

After you have passed the passport control you need to get to the gate. Before getting to the aircraft all passengers need to go through preflight security control. Passengers get to the flight 40 minutes before departure according to the schedule or according to the instructions of the representative of the airline. In the boarding pass, which you get during the check-in you can find information about the gate number and the time when the boarding begins. If you can not find this information in your boarding pass, follow the announcements. The gates are located both on the ground floor (the passengers are taken to the aircraft by bus) and on the first floor (you walk along jet-bridge, connecting the aircraft with the terminal).
