Lost & Found

Lost and Found desks are in the baggage receiving areas of the Pulkovo 1 and Pulkovo 2 terminals. If you do not get the baggage, found it damaged or some parts of its content missing, you need to address the agents of the Lost and Found Department without leaving the terminal. The agents will draw up a Property Irregularity Report and organize the search. You can also apply to the Lost and Found Department if you have lost your belongings in the terminal or have left your things on board of the aircraft.

Pulkovo 1 terminal: +7 (812) 723 83 61 (round-the-clock) – Lost and Found Department is in the baggage receiving area of domestic flights on the ground floor (room 1051).

Pulkovo 2 terminal: + 7 (812) 324 37 87(round-the-clock). Lost and Found Department is in the arrivals hall on the ground floor in the left-hand part of the terminal (room 1047).
