Lost baggage

If you fail to find your baggage by the end of baggage receiving process, please address the Lost and Found department agent where you will be advised what to do next. Mostly the baggage is sent to the passenger by the airline – carrier within 5 days after you have declared about the baggage non-arrival. If you arrived at the Pulkovo 1 terminal:
+7 (812) 723 83 61 (round-the-clock). Lost and Found department is in the baggage disposing area of the domestic flights on the ground floor (room 1051).

If you arrived at the Pulkovo 2 terminal:
+7 (812) 324 37 87 (round-the-clock). Lost and Found Department is in the arrivals terminal on the ground floor in the left-hand part of the terminal (room 1047).
