Baggage reclaim

Arrival halls #1 and #3 of the Pulkovo 1 terminal are used for domestic flights passengers. Passengers of international flights receive their baggage in the arrival hall #3. If you travel by domestic airlines, on arriving at the terminal you can proceed right to the baggage reclaim area. If you arrived from abroad or one of CIS countries, you need to go through the passport control before receiving your baggage.

Passengers arriving at Pulkovo 2 terminal, go through the passport control before they receive their baggage and customs control after they receive the baggage. If you have nothing to declare, you do not need to fill in the declaration form. Thus you can choose the «Green Channel». If you have goods to be declared in the written form, you need to fill in the declaration form before customs control and then choose the «Red Channel».
