In Pulkovo Airport passengers can be handled either in Pulkovo 1 or in Pulkovo 2 terminals, depending on the point of their destination.
Pulkovo 1 terminal handles passengers of domestic flights and flights beyond Russian Federation (CIS and flights to foreign countries).
Pulkovo 2 terminal handles international flights. Terminal has arrivals and departures halls connected by a gallery.
You can address an inquiry desk (inside the terminal) to get information about flights.
Passengers who care for their time and prefer extra comfort can use airport’s VIP-halls and business lounges.
