The office provides the following services:

• paying communal facilities and other types of payment
• selling telephone and Internet cards
• currency exchange
• selling coins made of precious metals
• transfer of cash
• other operations

Office employees can provide you with information on the services, offered by the bank.

Master-Bank office provides the following services:

• buying cash foreign currency for cash currency of the Russian Federation;
• selling cash foreign currency for cash currency of the Russian Federation;
• selling cash foreign currency of one foreign state (group of states) for cash foreign currency of other states (group of states);
• acceptance of current money of foreign states (group of states) and current money of the Russian Federation, raising doubts in their authenticity for them to be directed to the expert examination;
• acceptance of cash foreign currency to be placed on bank account using bank cards;
• acceptance of cash currency of the Russian Federation to be placed on bank account using bank cards;
• giving out foreign currency in cash from the accounts using bank cards in the currency of the bank cards;
• giving out currency of the Russian Federation in cash from the accounts using bank cards;
• withdrawal of foreign currency in cash and currency of the Russian Federation from accounts using bank cards from other bank cards:
  • currency of the Russian Federation (minimum withdrawal — 100 roubles, maximum withdrawal — 300 roubles);
  • Foreign currency (minimum withdrawal — 50 USD. 50 EUR., maximum withdrawal — 1000 USD. 1000 EUR.);
• Acceptance of foreign currency in cash to transfer from the Russian Federation on the instruction of a natural person without opening an account (transfer by WESTERN UNION)
• Acceptance of currency of the Russian Federation in cash to transfer from the Russian Federation on the instruction of a natural person without opening a bank account for benefit of the natural person (transfer by WESTERN UNION)
• Payment of foreign currency in cash on transfer to the Russian Federation without opening a bank account (transfer by WESTERN UNION)
• Payment of currency of the Russian Federation in cash on transfer to the Russian Federation without opening a bank account for the benefit of the natural person (transfer by WESTERN UNION)

The offices are on the ground floor in terminals departures and arrivals halls.

Automatic currency exchange machines of Master-Bank are in the public access zones of departures and arrivals halls on the ground floor.

Automatic currency exchange machines can:

1. give out cash (roubles/US dollars/ Euro)
2. accept cash (roubles/US dollars/ Euro) and placing in onto account of the customer in real time mode
3. fulfil the following currency exchange operations:
   • buying foreign currency ( US dollars/ Euro)
   • selling foreign currency for roubles ( US dollars/ Euro)
   • transfer cash assets between Master-Bank cards
   • change PIN-code (only within Master-Bank cards)
   • accept cash payment or any bank card payment (both Master-Bank and exterior banks) to pay for services of the following companies: Beeline
     
4. Discharge a debt on credits taken in other credit organizations:

• Rusfinans

Pay-in transaction

1. The machine accepts roubles, US dollars and Euro, but taken separately, not all at a time. If you need to place roubles, US dollars and Euro on your account, you will have to carry out 3 transactions.
2. While placing cash assets in currency, which is different from the currency of your account, automatic conversion on your account at the rate of CB RF + 1 % takes place.

Currency exchange

You can use the machine as an ordinary currency exchange office — to buy or sell foreign currency. Exchange rate is shown on the headband page.
