Northern Capital Gateway
Northern Capital Gateway – international consortium, participants of which are VTB Capital, Fraport AG Company, leading worldwide operator of the airports with headquarters in Frankfurt-am-Mein and Greek investment group Copelouzos.
Beginning from the 29th of April, 2010 Northern Capital Gateway, according to the Public-Private Partnership Agreement, manages the operating activity of Pulkovo airport. The priority object in work of consortium is re-construction of the airport: building of the new international passenger terminal, realization of the modernization of the Pulkovo-1 passenger terminal, re-construction and building of the technical airport objects, development of the commercial infrastructure. Realization of the project will allow the airport to guarantee the service level, equivalent to IATA “C” standard and the airport will get the status of the biggest in the Baltic Region.
