Pulkovo 2 Terminal
Built in the early 1950s, the Pulkovo 2 terminal serves international flights, and is at the moment one of the largest international airport terminals in Russia. Pulkovo 2 has recently undergone phase one of its remodeling program, completed in May 2003.
Pulkovo 2 consists of the Departures and Arrivals sectors connected by a gallery, equipped with US-manufactured JetWay Systems aerobridges. The Departures and Arrivals sectors are equipped for maximum traveler comfort, offering a number of restaurants, bars, flower and gift shops, an art gallery, and many other facilities. The gallery houses a recreation area, a bar, and duty free shops. The terminal has a comfortable area reserved for transit passengers waiting for connecting flights, where travelers can stay in order to avoid repeat customs clearance and passport control procedures.
The central building of the terminal houses a restaurant, airline offices, airport offices, and government offices.
Pulkovo 2 is equipped with a VIP lounge and two executive lounges, offering phone and fax services, newspapers and magazines in Russian and foreign languages, a wide range of alcoholic and soft beverages, tea, coffee and snacks. The executive lounges serve holders of PriorityPass, Citi Gold and Diners Club International cards, as well as other business travelers.
